Rodney W. Nichols is the Chairman of the Board of INSTP and a consultant on science and technology policy.  Most recently he was president of the New York Academy of Sciences and executive vice president of The Rockefeller University.  He served for four years on the Governing Body of the Indo-US S&T Forum, his term ending in 2006.

Norman P. Neureiter is Vice Chairman of the Board of INSTP.  He is director of the Center for Science, Technology and Security Policy at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and is former science and technology advisor to the Secretary of State.  He also currently serves as US co-chair of the Governing Body of the Indo-US S&T Forum

Michael J. Cheetham is the Executive Director of INSTP and also serves as Director of the U.S. Secretariat to the Indo-US S&T Forum.  He has been involved in international technology and policy collaboration for over fifteen years, including seven years at the National Academy of Sciences working on bilateral energy and environment policy studies with India and China.
